Gergely Katona

Professor

Gergely completed his PhD at Chalmers University of Technology in 2004 on X-ray crystallographic studies of enzyme intermediates. He worked as a postdoctoral research fellow and EMBO long-term fellow in Grenoble with Dominique Bourgeois. In 2007 he returned to Sweden to establish his research group in structural biochemistry and biophysics.

Kinetic crystallography, protein dynamics, vibrational action spectroscopy, protein interactions and Bayesian modelling of biophysical data.
